The purpose of the Industry Mentoring Workshop is to provide mentoring and career advice to senior undergraduate and junior researchers at all stages. The goal is to provide them insights into what skills are needed to be successful in industrial research jobs, attract them to pursue industry careers. We will cover a wide spectrum of topics in the field foundational software engineering including software engineering, program analysis, automated reasoning, and other related fields. We encourage the participation of women and underrepresented minorities.

The program will include a number of talks, interactive, and panel sessions from people who have worked in industry, have worked both in industry and academia. The talks will give an overview of the field along with brief introductions to the varied related topics. The panel discussions and special sessions will provide mentoring and career advice, from leading experts in industry.
